In 2020, Elizabeth founded Elizabeth Cifers Consulting, channeling her passion into helping retina practices improve efficiency, strengthen operations, and maximize profitability. Drawing on her deep knowledge of retina coding and clinic workflows, she offers clients clear, actionable solutions that produce real results.
Elizabeth approaches every challenge with a practical mindset—favoring tangible fixes over theory and guiding teams with clarity, flexibility, and confidence.
